چکیده
Abstract Background Sugarcane is an essential crop for sugar and ethanol production. Immediate processing of sugarcane necessary after harvested because rapid sucrose losses deterioration stalks. This study was conducted to fill the knowledge gap regarding exploration fungal communities in deteriorating sugarcane. Experiments were performed on simulating production at 30 °C 40 0, 12, 60 h harvesting powder-processing. Results Both pH content declined significantly within 12 h. Fungal taxa unraveled using ITS amplicon sequencing. With increasing temperature, diversity community decreased over time. The structure changed bagasse storage. Before stored, dominant genus (species) Wickerhamomyces ( W. anomalus ). Following storage, Kazachstania K. humilis ) Saccharomyces S. cerevisiae gradually grew, becoming abundant fungi °C. different temperatures had a similar pattern storage same intervals, indicating that temperature primary cause variation core features. Moreover, most top genera correlated with environmental factors (pH sugarcane, time, temperature). In addition, impact species isolated from stored juice verified. Conclusions highlighted importance timeliness refine as soon possible lessons learned this research are vital growers industry minimizing post-harvest losses.

15 صفحه اولProspects of Cellulosic Ethanol from Sugarcane Bagasse
AGRICULTURAL residues such as grain straws and corn stover are abundant, readily available biomass feedstocks for the production of next generation biofuels, with collection and transport costs being a major component of their cost. Sugarcane bagasse is thus an especially attractive biomass feedstock in that it is an agricultural residue already present in large quantities at sugar and ethanol ...
متن کاملThe Microbiology of the Bagasse of Sugarcane
. The contamination of the sugarcane starts during its growing stage especially when the nlicroflower is rapidly developed after the harvest and during the warellousing of the bagasse. The types of microorganisms also unite during this process. Firstly, the bacteria and tlre yeasts predominate and the fungi are few. The bacteria continue to predominate during the warehousing of the humid mass o...

15 صفحه اولBiochar from anaerobically digested sugarcane bagasse.
This study was designed to investigate the effect of anaerobic digestion on biochar produced from sugarcane bagasse. Sugarcane bagasse was anaerobically digested to produce methane. The digested residue and fresh bagasse was pyrolyzed separately into biochar at 600 degrees C in nitrogen environment. The digested bagasse biochar (DBC) and undigested bagasse biochar (BC) were characterized to det...
